OLADIRAN FALORE, Founder / Managing Partner.

Oladiran is a Notary Public, multi-specialist lawyer and routinely advises on complex commercial transactions across the broad spectrum of the Nigerian economy. He has significant experience in commercial law advisory, regulatory compliance, tax, due diligence, immigration, real estate transactions, foreign exchange and anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Oladiran is the immediate past Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Abuja Chapter.

She advises Corporate stratas on structuring, financing, and business transformation. She is a Governance Professional, Certified Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with fledgling interest in Business Risk, Recovery and Insolvency.

Aderonke is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; Associate member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). During her leisure, she is involved in various creative DIY projects, arts & crafts, painting and teaching children about entrepreneurship.

  • Led the team that advised a multi-level Corporate on the structuring of a Value Added Service in partnership with a government agency.
  • Advises on regulatory compliance; facilitates the process of obtaining licenses, permits from various government agencies for business operations in Nigeria.
  • Actively involved in project advisory for an international shipping line – creation and documentation of a corporate governance framework and formalization of the Board.

She started her career has an Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, a top tier Nigerian law firm where has involved in energy, corporate financing, banking, energy, commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, immigration and regulatory compliance transactions

She thereafter interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission at the Securities and Investment Department She thereafter proceeded to Sewa Capital Limited and Credent Capital and Advisory Limited respectively as Head, Legal and Compliance
