OLADIRAN FALORE, Founder / Managing Partner.

Oladiran is a Notary Public, multi-specialist lawyer and routinely advises on complex commercial transactions across the broad spectrum of the Nigerian economy. He has significant experience in commercial law advisory, regulatory compliance, tax, due diligence, immigration, real estate transactions, foreign exchange and anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Oladiran is the immediate past Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Abuja Chapter.

He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

ADERONKE IBILOLA

Aderonke is a Legal Practitioner with over 10 years experience, versed in commercial transactions and passionate in supporting the growth and development of Start-ups, SMEs and MSMEs. She advises Corporate stratas on structuring, financing, and business transformation. She is a Governance Professional, Certified Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with fledgling interest in Business Risk, Recovery and Insolvency.

Aderonke is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; Associate member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). During her leisure, she is involved in various creative DIY projects, arts & crafts, painting and teaching children about entrepreneurship.

Relevant Experience

• Currently advising local and international corporates on joint venture partnership and setting up of a Special Purpose Vehicle for market penetration.
• Led the team that advised a multi-level Corporate on the structuring of a Value Added Service in partnership with a government agency.
• Advises on regulatory compliance; facilitates the process of obtaining licenses, permits from various government agencies for business operations in Nigeria.
• Actively involved in project advisory for an international shipping line – creation and documentation of a corporate governance framework and formalization of the Board.
• Proffers general legal advisory services; drafting and review of high level commercial documentations.

TOLULOPE RAJI, Consultant

Tolu is a seasoned practitioner in Anti Money Laundering, trust, competition, capital market practices She is a Certified Compliance Officer, a graduate of law from Olabisi Onabanjo University and University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

She started her career has an Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, a top tier Nigerian law firm where has involved in energy, corporate financing, banking, energy, commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, immigration and regulatory compliance transactions

She thereafter interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission at the Securities and Investment Department She thereafter proceeded to Sewa Capital Limited and Credent Capital and Advisory Limited respectively as Head, Legal and Compliance

Tolulope specializes in corporate financing, banking, energy, dispute resolution, intellectual property, business acquisitions, regulatory compliance and related commercial transactions  

JANE ABBEY, Senior Associate

Jane is a Senior Associate in Corporate and Commercial practice group. She advises clients on Nigerian law and policy affecting the operation of businesses, the establishment of foreign businesses, foreign investments in Nigeria, company/business laws and regulations.

She also provides corporate governance and compliance advice to clients in connection with local and international transactions

OLAYEMI AKINPELUMI, Senior Associate

Yemi obtained her law degree from graduate of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, with a first-class honour and was called to the Nigeria bar in the summer of 2018.

Yemi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Group of the firm where she provides legal advisory services to clients on a wide range of legal matters.

BOLUWATIFE MAJEK-OWOO, Associate Counsel

Boluwatife is a dynamic legal professional with a passion for Dispute Resolution & Litigation, Corporate Commercial Law, Governance & Risk Compliance and Copywriting. She obtained her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, where she actively participated in the Debate and Public Speaking Committee of the Faculty of Law and excelled in moot and mock competitions.

Continuing her legal journey, Boluwatife attended the Nigerian Law School where she earned her Barrister at Law (B.L) degree. Currently in the firm’s Litigation department, Boluwatife brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She has represented clients in a range of election petition cases. She is adept at providing strategic advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Boluwatife is proficient in dispute resolution and litigation and her knack for copywriting adds a creative dimension to her practice, enabling her to craft compelling legal documents and persuasive arguments. With a proven track record of delivering results and a dedication to professional development, Boluwatife is a valuable asset to the firm and a trusted advisor in the corporate and litigation sphere.

AMANDA BANTAI, Associate Counsel

Amanda Bantai is a diligent lawyer with passion for Financial Services, Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, and Telecommunications. She excels in tailoring legal services to individual client needs, possesses strong communication and computer skills, and is adept at negotiation and documentation.

Amanda is skilled in legal advocacy, regulatory compliance, and research analysis.

She holds a Bachelor's of Law Degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022. During her time at ABU, she made history as the first person to be appointed Deputy Clinic Head of the ABU Law Clinic for three consecutive terms leading her team to various projects with Amnesty International and NULAI, and represented her Hall at the SRC level.

She is Passionate about Dispute Resolution, Humanitarian Service, and Energy Law, Amanda is a member of reputable professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

PRECIOUS OROWA, Associate

Precious Orowa is an Associate of Syntegral Legal Practice and is enthusiastic about corporate commercial law. She is distinguished by her ability to pay attention to details and problem-solving skills, which enables her to provide legal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

She graduated with a 2:1 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and has certifications in areas such as Commercial Mediation, Intellectual Property and Arbitration and Digital Marketing. She has previously interned with reputable law firms such as DOA & J.B. Daudu & Co, where she built expertise in various areas of law including in dispute resolution, Fintech and Intellectual Property.
